What is SPAM?
It is unsolicited communications sent via Usenet, Message Boards, Discussion Groups, Newsgroups, etc...  Unsolicited means that the person receiving your communication did not request it, and you have no prior contact with the recipient.

If You Do SPAM
If you spam, everything-but.com will terminate your account and make you ineligible for any future accounts.  If you are a member of our affiliate program, your affiliate account will also be terminated. You may also be subject to state and federal penalties and other legal consequences under applicable law. Spam cannot and will not be tolerated.  If you know of someone who has violated our Anti-Spam Policy, please contact us at support@everything-but.com.  Please include a copy of the Spam message and a brief explanation.
